Hadzhi Bros Ltd take both your data and your privacy very seriously. If you give us consent to hold your data and communicate with you, this page explains what we will do with it.
What information is being collected?
Our website forms, such as our contact form, may ask for personal information including your name, email address and a phone number if you would like us to call you back.
As well as the data you provide, we will also collect the time and date you submitted the message and also the country and IP address the message was submitted from. This data will be stored by our website using the Elementor DB Form plug-in, as well as being emailed to one of our team.

Your data is also accessible by our web partner company, JohnLawley.co.uk, East Side offices, Kings Cross, London N1C 4AX. It is not shared with any other organisations apart from when it is required to store your data within third party software.
Why is my data being collected?
We collect your details if you submit an enquiry so that we can respond and contact you about your message. We collect your name and email address when you download information from our website to (a) give us an overview of who is coming to our website and interacting with our material and (b) so that we may, with your consent, contact you about our core business services relating to the you have made if appropriate.
How will my data be used?
If you contact us through our website we may create a entry in our address book with your details so that we can contact you about your enquiry and provide a quote if you have requested one.
We occasionally collate data using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word. We also use third-party email software such as MS Outlook (created by Microsoft Inc) which may store your email address in its contact book if we email you directly.
If you give us permission to contact you by email, or if you sign-up to our mailing list, then we may also add your email address, name and the types of services you are interested in receiving to our email marketing system. At present we are not running or maintaining such a system but reserve the right to do so in future and will notify our contact list first to gain their consent before adding any contact to the list.
If you are a commercial contact, we may also use the email address you provided to find and connect with you on LinkedIn.
Who will my data be shared with?
We will not share or sell your data to any third parties for marketing use. Employees of our company and partner company may see the details you give to us in their day-to-day work. We store the majority of our data on our own secure computer systems.
Third party software may also store your data if you have given us permission to stay in touch with you, such as MailChimp.
How do I unsubscribe, or request to be forgotten?
